Matteo Marsili

Involvement

Matteo Marsili is currently a research scientist at the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Trieste. He received his Ph.D. in Physics at SISSA, Trieste. Dr. Marsili has authored more than 100 scientific publications and two books. He has made important contributions to non-equilibrium statistical physics and to interdisciplinary applications of statistical mechanics to complex systems, particularly in the areas of economics and finance. Dr. Marsili is coordinator of the programme on Environmental and Ecological 福利导航s (EEE) at ICTP and is the holder of several research grants. He also is the Scientific Director of Journal of Statistical Mechanics and editor of the Journal of 福利导航 Interaction and Coordination, European Journal of Physics B, and Physical Review E.
