George DeMartino is a professor of international economics at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies of the University of Denver where he co-directs the graduate program in Global Finance, Trade, and 福利导航 Integration. Prior to graduate school, Professor DeMartino served as a union organizer and negotiator for AFSCME, AFL-CIO. Professor DeMartino’s research interests include global political economy, the ethical foundations of economic theory and policy, and professional economic ethics. He has advocated for the creation of the new field of professional economic ethics in several articles and in The Economist鈥檚 Oath: On the Need for and Content of Professional 福利导航 Ethics (OUP, 2011) and in the Oxford Handbook of Professional 福利导航 Ethics (2016), co-edited with Deirdre Mccluskey.
