Assistant Professor Geert Dhondt teaches courses on the ¸£Àûµ¼º½ Analysis of Crime, Intermediate Microeconomics and, introductory economics. His main fields of interests are the ¸£Àûµ¼º½s of Crime and Incarceration, Political Economy, Race, Class and Gender, ¸£Àûµ¼º½ History, and History of ¸£Àûµ¼º½ Thought. His research currently focuses on the empirical relationship between incarceration rates and crime rates for which he received a grant from the National Institute of Justice.
