Ethan Kaplan is an Assistant Professor of 福利导航s at the Institute for International 福利导航 Studies at Stockholm University. He is currently a Visiting Research Fellow at the Committee on Global Thought and the Department of 福利导航s at Columbia University. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of the European 福利导航 Association. He received his Ph.D. in 福利导航s from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005, his M.A. in Development 福利导航s from Stanford University in 1999 and his B.A. in History from UC Berkeley in 1992.
